Good quality, delivery could improve

Love my new room spray!

Got some candles, they're good

So I decided to check out Cornelia Home because I kept seeing their ads. Picked up a couple of their woody scented candles and a wick trimmer. They smell really nice, like not too fake or anything. The trimmer is actually pretty handy, didn't realize how much I needed one. Everything came packaged well, no broken stuff. Pretty solid experience overall, might grab some more stuff around the holidays.

From my experience, the free shipping always applies after any discounts are taken off. So if you hit $75 then use a 10% off code, you might drop below it. Just something to watch out for.

Nah, I'm pretty sure it's based on your total before any codes. I bought a bunch of stuff during their Black Friday sale and still got free shipping even with a big discount. YMMV though.

I'm in SoCal and my last order took about a week to get here. Their shipping can be a little slow sometimes, especially if it's a new release or holiday season. Might want to order with some buffer time.

I had a candle arrive cracked once and their customer service was pretty good. Just sent them a pic and they sent a replacement right away, no issues. I think you have a decent window too, like a week or two after delivery.

They're usually pretty good about it. Just make sure to contact them quickly if something's damaged. Had to return a throw blanket once, and it was a pretty straightforward process, just paid for return shipping myself.

Honestly, I think they hold up really well against those brands. The scents are more subtle than Boy Smells, less 'in your face' but still really unique. And no weird black soot like I sometimes get with Otherland.

I'd say they're in the same league. The throw isn't quite as strong as Voluspa, but for a smaller room, they're perfect. Plus, I like knowing they're non-toxic, feels a bit safer with pets around.
